Acceptable Use Policy

Why this policy exists

Our tools change and animate real photos of real people. That is fun and creative, and it can also hurt people when it is misused. This policy explains what you may upload and create. It applies to every effect, template, photo tool and generator on our service, including standalone trend pages operated by us.

By uploading a photo or starting a generation you confirm that you follow this policy. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Photos you may upload

• Photos of yourself.
• Photos of other adults who agreed to appear in the result.
• Photos of your own pets.
• Images you created or have a license to edit.

What is not allowed

• Celebrities, public figures and real artists' likeness. Do not upload or try to recreate famous people, including the original performers of a trend.
• People who did not agree. No photos of exes, classmates, coworkers, strangers or anyone who has not consented.
• Minors. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18, including your own children, in any effect or photo tool.
• Sexual or nude content, including "undress", nudify, fetish or suggestive requests.
• Harassment and humiliation: content made to bully, shame, threaten or sexualize a real person.
• Deception and impersonation: fake evidence, fake news, political deepfakes, scams, or content that pretends a real person said or did something.
• Hate, violence and self-harm content.
• Infringement: removing watermarks, copying copyrighted characters or footage, or uploading music and videos you do not have rights to.

How we enforce it

Uploads and prompts pass through automated safety filters, and our AI providers apply their own filters. Generations that break this policy may be refused, removed, or not refunded. Repeated or serious violations lead to account suspension. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

Posting your results

Label AI results as AI-generated when you share them, use the platform's AI-content label where available, and add music through the platform so it stays licensed. If someone in your result asks you to take it down, please do.

Reporting a problem

If you find content made with our service that uses your likeness without permission or breaks this policy, contact us through the Contact page. We review reports promptly and remove content that breaks this policy.
